Auckland with four titles and bay of Plenty with three have dominated the 2009 Super Champs finals |
Auckland and Bay of Plenty have repeated their dominant performances of 2008, taking the lion's share of titles between them at the 2009 Super Champs National Graded Club Championships over the past week. Auckland has picked up four titles and Bay of Plenty in the annual battle for national club supremacy from B Grade through to F Grade. They picked up three titles each last year. Remuera won both the men's and women's events at the B Grade tournament in Taupo, while Panmure picked up a third title for Auckland in the D Grade women's event in Henderson and Eden Epsom added a fourth at the F Grade women's event in Hawera.
