The top seed has ended the winning run of Italian qualifier Jose Facchini in the semifinals, winning 11-9, 11-4, 11-9.
Shuja will face Scottish third seed Alan Clyne in the final. Clyne earned his place in the title decider with a 7-11, 11-6, 11-4, 11-9 win over 7th seeded Spaniard David Vidal.
