New Zealand's Jaclyn Hawkes is safely through to the semifinals of the WISPA World Squash Tour's Chairman's Cup in Hong Kong.
The top seed has won her first two matches in four games, bouncing back from a game down to beat Japan's Chinatsu Matsui 7-11, 11-9, 11-8, 11-7 before accounting for eighth seeded local Elise Ng 11-9, 9-11, 11-3, 11-7.
Hawkes will now face fourth seeded Indian Joshna Chinappa in the semifinals.
