Nationally ranked 8 and 9 respectively Oliver Johnston and Scott Gardiner fought out the final.
Recent NZ Junior Open winner Paul Coll came third. In the Womens Open final Tanya Cloyer who has recently returned from the Bay of Plenty lost to local girl Shayle Higginson.
