22/06/2010 - This weekend saw nine new coaches participate in the first delivery of the GET STARTED coach development Module 1, which is part of the new Squash NZ Coach Development Framework.
This is the introduction to coaching workshop that also encompasses the online coaching modules 1a and 1b Get Started online and Safety Concepts online.

Mark Waldin delivered the first of the 4 workshops at the North Shore Squash Club after receiving facilitator training earlier this month as part of the Greater Auckland Coaching Unit (GACU) CoachForce Project in collaboration with Squash Auckland and Squash New Zealand.
The Get Started Module will become available nationwide as facilitators are trained in your area so look out for a course near you in the future.
Please note that you can get this process underway by completing the online modules by going to the Squash NZ website www.squashnz.co.nz
Under development currently are the Small Nix Modules 2 and 2a along with Extension Module 3, Managing the Mind.
