Sobhy, seeded third beat fourth seed Nour El Tayeb from Egypt 3/11, 11/7, 11/6, 11/7 in the final after causing a huge upset by beating top seed and defending champion, 13 year old Nour El Sherbini in the semi finals.
Sobhy also became the first US Teenager to win four WISPA World Tour Titles in June and is now ranked at a career high 36.
