Amanda Cranston has had another good week on the WISPA world tour, winning through to the main draw in France. |
Another encouraging performance from New Zealand teenager Amanda Cranston on the WISPA world squash tour. A week after making it through to the second round of the Swedish Open, Cranston has contested the opening round of the Internationaux de Creteil in France. The 19-year-old kiwi has gone down 11-5 11-7 11-5 to English fourth seed Laura Hill. However, the world number 110 still has plenty to smile about, after beating 96th ranked Egyptian Kanzy Emad El-Dafrawy in the final round of qualifying. Results... First round 1.
